Abstract
The 2026 ACMHR-K Mentorship Program was a two-day online initiative held on 3–4 June 2026 to empower Kenyan women in health research, career development, and leadership. The program brought together four accomplished women leaders and researchers from Australia, South Korea, the United States, and Kenya. The initiative received 40 applications, from which 25 participants were selected who successfully completed the program. Participants gained practical insights into leadership, personal branding, professional development, and building international careers in health research.
